Although my experience has been good there are some flaws I would like to address. The parking for residents s Read Morehould be assigned by apartment number with two parking spaces close to the building. Residents shouldn't have a problem finding a parking space when arriving home from work or evening entertainment. Noise level from residents who live above another resident should be respected. The leasing office should make it known that this shouldn't be tolerated to all residents. Other than that ,the living experience has been good. My likes and dislikes are: What I like about the community is the appearance of the grounds around the apartment complex is kept very neat and clean.

Only complaints are: floors kind of thin; could hear everyone above us very easily, parking near our building Read More was challenging due to garages, and I wish there were more sidewalks around/outside the community......but that's something the town of Knightdale would likely need to handle. My likes and dislikes are: Very nice spacious apartments & floor plans. Amenities are good quality including pool, fitness center, movie room, and laundry facility. Staff is friendly and helpful. I always felt safe.
