I'd say that one thing that has improved is property maintenance. When I first arrived, it looked like the ap Read Moreartments were in need of painting and exterior cleaning. It didn't take place for the longest time, but finally did. Maintenance has always been responsive when needed. I do not like the way lease renewals have been handled. I've been on shorter than one year terms - and find I'm paying 500 more than others who were willing to go for one year terms. Not pleased with that.

When we moved in everything was fantastic. Less than a year in things started going down hill. Doesn't include Read More the office/maintenance because they all do an excellent job! The building and the outside were clean and now there is trash everywhere (i.e. food containers, 2 lt bottles, food, plastic,etc) The caliber of people moving into our building is the reason we moved out of South Charlotte - They don't care about others, fight, scream & yell at all hour of the day/night inside & outside.
