I gave them an average rating because the office staff is not always very friendly, not all, but some. To the Read Morepoint where I don't like to go into the office to ask for help because I can never get in touch with anyone via telephone. One case in particular my shower was broken and it took them a week to come fix it, the problem with this was no one was returning my calls, they would call to tell me that it would be fixed and then no one would show up. Unsavory characters now living there.

I have really enjoyed my stay here at Legacy Matthews. I would really like to see the community do more activi Read Moreties together, but other than that everything is Lovely.

We love to hear that our residents are happy in their homes. We enjoy community activities, too! We have a different resident each month! The next event is December 11th. It's our Holiday Party! We have a lot of stuff happening this month...food drive, angel tree, etc. If you didn't get the flyer, we have extras in the clubhouse. And we are always open to new ideas. :)
I've had some maintenance issues that haven't been resolved, and new issues keep arising.

Was good over all, but after asking to get sink drain stop fixed in hallway bathroom it was never fixed.
