Cross Timbers is a quiet neighborhood, a great place to live. There are many amenities such as a pool, fitness Read More room, computer room, basketball court, tennis court and the second floor apartments have screened in porches! The apartments are spacious, well maintained, landscaped and reasonably priced - love it!!!

It's a good apartment. It's not great, but you get what you pay for. It's a nice middle of the road kind of Read Moreapartment. I feel safe in the community. The neighbors aren't loud or annoying by any means. There's never a shortage of parking even during holidays except during fireworks going on at the park nearby because visitors are dumb and don't realize they're not supposed to park in our apartment area, but they do and I don't know why more people don't get towed because of it.

We're so happy to hear that you enjoy your apartment! We understand the parking frustration during the July 4th fireworks as we are next door to the park. I will be happy to look into some ways we can reduce the overflow of vehicles from non-residents as well as notify our towing company ahead of time to have multiple trucks present for violators.
