We have been without heat for two winters, after calling maintenance several times and not fixing the problem. Read More It caused our light bill to be outrageously high. Due to a milder winter this year, we did without the hassle of the same excuses from maintenance as to why they cannot resolve the issue. The lead maintenance man seems irritated when called. Toilet never fixed properly, however after several calls, light bulbs were replaced. We have to replace our own air filters.

Old apartments, stingy manangement, not-so-prompt maintenance. The management has a general attitude of indiff Read Moreerence towards the community's overall maintenance. The only thing going for this community is its location. The rent is too high for the amenities (or the lack of amenities).

This property has been alright, everything is kept clean, grounds look alright, and the mateniance staff is fo Read Morer the most part timely and pleasant. I would like to see the pool area with a few more tables and chairs that are in better condition. It could also be kept cleaner.

On behalf of Crosstimbers, I would like to thank you for taking the time to write about our community. We love our onsite amenities and appreciate that you do too. Last year we purchased brand new pool furniture,
tables and umbrellas. A cleanly environment during pool season is essential. We will make it a top priority this spring.
1) The quality of the maintenance service has drastically reduced, the focus is on quickly closing the mainten Read Moreance request instead of ensuring that the service really addressed the issue. 2) Frequent follow-ups are needed to ensure that the maintenance request is worked-upon.
