I like living here. The apartments are nice. And the area looks even nicer. There are some good amenities that Read More make it better to live here. The neighborhood is quiet and in a good location. The people are very nice and most of all it is reasonably priced.

I love some aspects of the neighborhood, but it needs a lot of work. The structure of the buildings is old and Read More there is a lot of rotting wood. Balconies sag, doors are waterlogged, and there's mold inside. The neighborhood doesn't hold the same standard for all residents. If your apartment faces the parking lot or in direct view of the leasing office, they pick on you more. We face the parking lot. We cannot open blinds or put items in the window. November 1st day after Halloween , all Halloween decor must be taken down or else No decor allowed on front door or porch unless it's Christmas. Even then, only a wreath allowed on door. No storage is allowed on balcony. None of this is mentioned in the lease agreement. Apartments are very small Not much storage place. The appliances are old enough to be from the 1970s and barely work. The closets have doors that slide open and take up more space than whatever you want to store in the closet. Removing them is the only way to use the closet, but then you are faced with the need to store the closet doors somewhere. This is not the place to move if you are downsizing from a normal 3 bedroom house. Sorry no single moms going through a divorce. The staff is nice most of the time except when they are sending emails saying to remove decorations or clutter from your balcony. The staff also worked hard to get us in on a short amount of notice time. They have a nice playground that backs to a creek and it seems very safe from crime. They also have a nice grassy backyard area and dog park. The pool and barbecue spots are also nice. Overall, it's not the best but we survive. The kids are happy and that's what matters most.
