Everything is great except my biggest problem would be that we have to detach our keys manually to enter the p Read Morearking deck. The gates are also positioned backwards so u get scared it's going to hit your car upon entry. The staff and building other than that are wonderful.

For the amount of money we pay in rent, it feels like we live in a cheap apartment building. We can hear ever Read Morey single step our neighbor upstairs takes and sometimes it sounds like a stampede. We can hear when they close doors and I can even hear them flick their lightswitch. My boyfriend sleeps with earplugs in and I'm constantly getting woken up hours before my alarm clock rings because of the noise coming from upstairs. I would NOT recommend this complex. Moving out as soon as we can!!

Overall great staff and nice place to live. Would definitely recommend this location and building to others. S Read Moreome frustrations include not getting ANY cell phone service inside the apartment. Fortunately I do not rely on my cell phone for work in the evening or this could be a major problem. Also made many requests to have my hot water turned up and a couple weeks went by (with reminders) and when it appeared that someone had come to turn it up there was no difference. We are glad that you are enjoying your new home. Please contact us at the leasing office 401oberlin@grubbventures.com to help with your two small problems. We set our hot water heaters at what is considered a safe temperature, but there still might be some room to turn it up for you. Cell phone reception in a mid-rise building with the thick insulation and concrete can be tricky in spots. There are some solutions that we should be able to help you with as well. Everything has been good other than broken dishwasher. Asked for it to be fixed 3 days after moving in, follo Read Morewed up two weeks later, again a week after that, and again earlier this week. Dishwasher still does not work over a month after moving in.

All of our appliances are brand new thus they are under a 1 year warranty so that sometimes delays a repair, but we definitely want to get your problem corrected as soon as possible for you.
