Love the location and it's walkability. Great access to bus. Granite counter tops in a reasonably spacious kit Read Morechen area. Open living space, huge walk-in closet and large bathroom are very nice. Lots of dogs but stays pretty quiet. Have enjoyed living here.

Love having the washer and driver provided in the apartment, love the nearby restaurants, love the pool area! Great neighbors, great staff, great place to call home.

I am a graduate student returning to Raleigh to further my degree. I was looking at apartments all around the Read MoreNCSU campus and I found 927 West Morgan to have the best combination of price, location and amenities in the area. The 927 West Morgan apartment complex is less than a mile from both NCSU and Downtown Raleigh. As a young adult returning to school but also looking for work the location couldn't be any more convenient. The key fob door and garage were a big selling point for me and my parents, as a young female living alone it was very important to my parents that the building and garage were secure. The apartments are only a few years old and the appliances are stainless steel with granite counter tops! The overall look of the apartment is very nice and well kept. The best part of this complex it that it's price range is very competitive with the surrounding apartments. For the all the amenities you get including two gyms, pools and dog area, plus the location and the condition of the building, for a 15 month lease I am paying less than $1000 a month in rent. That combination couldn't be beat in my book! I would recommend 927 West Morgan to any graduates, older college students, or anyone looking for an quite clean location between Downtown and NCSU.
