Management are consistently doing apartment inspections and misinforming the residents when these inspections Read Morewill be taking place, as well as leaving them completely uninformed as to whether it took place at all. The night before an inspection is to be done, is not suitable enough notice . Also, in my time under the new management I have never been able to get anyone in the office on the phone, regardless of whether I am calling to speak to office personnel, or maintenance.

Dumpster is now often overflowing; never a problem under old management. I continue to let the office know thi Read Mores needs to be done regularly -- even on weekends. But, as of now, this continues to be a problem. Things I like: residents' garden, picnic shelter with grills, porch swing with trellis around it, pool, fitness room (though I wish the equipment were in a bigger room), parking, landscaping, maintenance response, patios, gas log fireplace, new owners didn't increase rent.

Location is great. Staff is friendly and competent. My only issue is deferred maintenance over 20+ years (lo Read Moreng before this new company took ownership this year). Deferred maintenance has caused many water leaks into apartments, overflowing gutters, tired looking landscape, goopy looking caulk jobs, leaky toilets/faucets/fixtures that are at end of useful life, etc. I want to be clear that the new maintenance staff is great! They are just overwhelmed with all the needs from years of neglect.

Slow response to request for services. No one answering phone sometimes during office hours. Trash not collec Read Moreted frequently at the garden Terrible condition of gutters many bldg. Much water leakage.

The breezeways have spider webs all over hanging down. The basketball courts and tennis courts have people tha Read Moret shouldn't be here playing on them. You have people leaving bagged trash for days in front of there doors. Glad this apt complex has changed hands the last crowd weren't much.
