Even though I've only been living here for six months, I am very pleased with how I've been treated by office Read Moreand maintenance personnel. Fairgate is well managed and maintained. Fellow residents have been courteous and respectful. All of this is extremely important to me. The grounds are beautifully kept, Fairgate personnel are excellent and attentive to our requests, and my neighbors are quiet and respectful, and I try to be likewise. So far, I am so happy here! I just hope it lasts.

Maintenance staff is excellent, however their hands are tied by lack of funds to replace/upgrade existing syst Read Moreems. For the rents they charge for a twenty+ year old apartment, they could be more diligent with replacing/upgrading systems. Example: My heat pump unit has been a major source of problems in the past 5 years I have lived here. It should have been replaced long ago. Also, the plumbing fixtures are extremely dated and require constant attention. I will be looking elsewhere.
