No rent break for tenants who refer other people to choose Legacy at Wakefield. No rent break for tenants who Read More continuously renew their annual lease. Lack of working TVs in the fitness room.

They are receptive to my comments and needs. The keep residents informed of actions taken to improve areas he Read Morelp us adjust to the actions. The agents are always pleasant and know me by name. Their response to emergencies is rapid. Pest control in the apartment and in the outside area. Common areas are always clean and well maintained. They accept packages and will help transport large packages to my apartment. An awesome workout area with many different pieces of equipment.

I love the location and apartment complex (landscaping) but it is crazy that we do not have any elevators for Read Morepeople with back problems or many other health issues. It would be helpful if we had a better equipment room, basketball court and handicap parking.Trash Cans should be accessible for each unit.
