**Please note, I am no longer a resident of Montecito Apts** 2 reasons why I didn't renew my lease: Reported Read More to management a leaking ceiling/roof in Jan2014 and still wasn't repaired when I moved out in Aug2014. Purchased a new vehicle after office has closed and had to park in my normal parking space b/c all of the visitor spaces were being used and when I woke up the next morning, my vehicle had been towed, management paid for the towing.

We appreciate your comment. We do have a roof replacement program in process. With all projects we try to repair in house first if we can't we contract professionals. I understand it was an inconvenience to have your car towed which is why management paid for the towing. Our policy states you must have a community sticker to park in residential parking. Although you may not have a visitors parking in front of your building at all times, there are visitor spaces through out the community.
