I had a problem with my dish washer..it was replaced..the new one doesn't dry the dishes... Last summer the Read More HVAC system was changed... Now I have two HVAC units sitting at my bedroom window which make all kinds of noise then they come on an especially when they shut off that wake me up at night

The owners replaced all the HVAC systems recently, and it has cut down on energy bills. The staff is professio Read Morenal. If I have a concern, it gets addressed pretty fast. They maintain the apartments regularly -- fireplace cleaning, filters, trash removal outside, landscape maintenance.

The day we moved in I was extremely displeased. Our apartment appeared to be clean but it was far from it. It Read Moretook double the time to get moved in because we had to clean as we went. After that obstacle was cleared we found other maintenance issues but they were fixed quickly. Even though our initial opinion wasn't great we have grown to like our new home and the complex.

While the maintenance people are very efficient and helpful, sometimes there is too little advance notice give Read Moren by management to tenants regarding upcoming maintenance activities, which can be problematic. For instance, I was informed of a planned maintenance activity barely twelve hours before it was to take place because the notice was placed on my door while I was at work the day before, and I didn't see it until I got home. So I had to rush to get things organized after a long day at work.

Apartments are very well maintained. Not all units are updated, some of the appliances are old. The laundry an Read Mored gym facilities are very rundown, even though they are advertised as positives for the complex.
