I am living in my 3rd apartment in this complex and have been disappointed that I have never been able to actu Read Moreally see any one of the 3 before I received the keys and was ready to move in. By the time I received the keys, I was locked into the lease for 12 months.

Maintenance. Have had persistent problems with plumbing. It may be that these are all different problems inv Read Moreolving different fixtures but at some point you stop blaming the plumbing and start blaming the plumber.

Shellbrook is a nice, quiet community. The office staff are very friendly and almost all of my maintenance re Read Morequests have been completed in a timely and satisfactory manner. The buildings are older and need updates but the price for the location is the trade off in that respect in my opinion.
