I love living at Shellbrook Apartments! The representatives at the office give the BEST customer service! They Read More are always friendly and follow up with any concerns. I am been living there for about a year and have incurred only one maintenance issue. This was resolved very quickly and the staff was great. I am just concerned about the construction. I am worried about the location of the new dog park. We preferred the old location where is afforded more privacy and less barking for neighbors.

The renovated apartments are nice, but if you aren't fortunate enough to be placed into a renovated apartment, Read More the unrenovated ones are terrible. They are old (built in the 70s), beat up, and nothing like the model that is shown when you tour the complex. I felt terribly deceived. The unrenovated apartments are rented out at the same rates as the renovated ones, when they are definitely not worth that much. The location is very safe, however. That is one thing I like about it
