Pet Policy: $200 non-refundable pet fee. Restrictions: Pet friendly under 75 lbs. and no aggressive breads. A $100.00 refundable pet deposit, a $100.00 non refundable one time fee and a $10.00 monthly fee.

I've lived here for 7 years in this apartment. I'm still having mold issues otherwise it would be great.

Please come by the leasing office so we may rectify any issues you are having with your apartment. We will more than happy to have an expert come by and inspect your apartment and do the proper and necessary steps to rid any mold if found. Thank you for your kind words, we always do our best to make sure all of our resident's issues are resolved in a timely manner.
The staff are very involved with the community. Some staff don't just work at the complex some stay in the com Read Moremunity and that's reassuring. And I love the different activities they have for the community to interact. We had a neighborhood yard sale and it went well. I met people in the same complex that I would've if not for the event.

On several occasions, I put in maintenance request for simple things like replacing the florescent light in th Read Moree kitchen and it took about a month even after calling the office. I also think for the size apt... the rent is kind of high. But on a good note, the community is nice, by neighbors are friendly and the office staff are personable.
