Variable Lease Terms
Pet Policy: Cats and Dogs Allowed. Maximum of two pets per apartment. $300 non-refundable pet fee. $15 monthly pet rent per pet.
Breed Restrictions: The following aggressive dog breeds are restricted: Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Mastiffs, ChowChows, Dobermans or a mix with any of these breeds.

I enjoy living here the staff is always nice but when I first moved here I was charged extra for a remodeled a Read Morepartment but shortly after I moved things started falling apart my door to my room came off the henge's, part of my fridge broke, my toilet leans, my dishwasher broke and the couldn't fit my standard size dryer in the laundry area so it sits out in the hall. I called to have things fixed and it would be fixed and then break again shortly after luckily I have a handyman boyfriend .

Quiet community, great neighbors, always feel safe, good location... all fantastic! Bathrooms in the townhouse Read More are small, and sometimes ailments of aging buildings take a while to repair.

The front door needs to be fixed it is lop side it and it have gaps in it the first month in the apt. The ther Read Moree was as flood in the living room the carpet got wet .

Empty promises. On our lease they promised new carpets, touch up paint and other up keep maintainence procedur Read Morees. That was 5 months ago and they have not made any attempt to schedule anything or reach out to me.

Hopefully you are aware that 3 months ago a new office staff took over and has been working diligently on completing maintenance issues as we discover them.
