The front door needs to be fixed it is lop side it and it have gaps in it the first month in the apt. The ther Read Moree was as flood in the living room the carpet got wet .

Empty promises. On our lease they promised new carpets, touch up paint and other up keep maintainence procedur Read Morees. That was 5 months ago and they have not made any attempt to schedule anything or reach out to me.

I love the area of North Raleigh and how close I am to the shopping centers and church, but upon moving in, I Read Morewas given poor service, my apartment wasn't ready, and it was not the apartment that I chose with all the upgrades, it has not been cleaned, painted, or fixed properly. I had to wait two month before anyone fixed anything or respond to my calls and e-mails.

Our apartment was in horrible shape when we moved in....in disrepair and filthy. We spent a lot of time and mo Read Moreney fixing things ourselves because either the maintenance team didn't know how to fix things or just never bothered to show up. We could have rented a more upscale apartment somewhere else for all the money we've spent. This place is falling apart and the cold air just blows right through the doors. ..our heating bill is outrageous. There is a constant squeak from the apt above us.

When i first moved in, my apartment was not completely done until a WEEK after i move in. I lve never heard so Read More many excuses as to why things werent done. After everything was done i was happy. Still happy at my apartment, pretty well maintained;hate the single pane windows cause it freezes my apartment. Offuce staff is super cool and friendly. Always there if i need something.
