The apartments are average compared with other apartments in the area. The fitness center consists of a few Read Moreold treadmills, ellipticals, sitting bikes. Something MUST be done about the parking situation. There's no room to park in front of my apt. I have to park at the end of the lot, where I can't even see my car. A tenant recently damaged my car; fortunately I was home and the car was parked in front of my apartment. There should be assigned parking for 1 car/apt in front of their own bldg.

Pools should be open more. Working people have no use for pool during week with current hours. Should be per Read Morehaps 7am until at least 9pm and later on weekends. Office staff should have discretionary abilities concerning fines, such as for late rent. Rent that is technically late by mere hours, should not necessarily warrant punitive penalties. Tenants are human beings who sometimes face difficult circumstances. Corporations have lost sight of this fact.

Thank you for your review. Each morning our team spends quite a bit of time making sure the pools are clean and looking great for busy pool days, opening the pools any earlier then 9 am is unfortunately not an option and we close the pools at dusk for safety reasons. Hopefully you can find time soon to come relax at the pool. We hate imposing late fees but we have to be fair to everyone all the time. You can pay your rent online if that is more convenient

Resentment way new managers came in when apartments sold a few years ago and treated the tenants as if we were Read More cattle & the time it has taken to finally treat us with consideration. Believe more thought needs to be given to the number of dogs allowed on the property, as well as consideration to any danger that may be associated with a particular breed. Also, the dogs are not totally to blame for the grass not growing in some areas. Grass is cut too short to the point mower may scrape ground.
