I feel this apt complex didn't meet my needs on a problem with in the apt which was no fault of my own, but th Read Moree complex itself.

I live in the buildings right across from the kids play area. And lately the parking spaces there have become Read Moreground zero for people to drop their extra cars there. There are cars parked that are extra vehicles and do not move on a frequent basis. Parking is already at a premium and these cars are taking up valuable spaces. I believe the office needs to develop a policy for dealing with residents that have more than 2 cars or cars that are not used regularly.

I feel that the stairs could be swept or steam cleaned once in awhile. Also, I know this isn't a result of the Read More apartment staff, but residents below me leave a bag of trash outside their door almost daily. Many times it is left out more than 24 hours. This really isn't fair to other tenants who pass by to have to smell that. It also gives a bad overall impression of the appearance of the apartment for future potential renters. I have heard of other complexes fining tenants for doing this.
