The complex used to be kept up very well under the prior management company, however the general condition of Read Morethe complex has gone downhill since the new ownership has taken over. Trash piles up in the cardboard recycling section for weeks. Residents are allowed to park their cars and leave them in spaces that are close to the buildings when they are broken down, taking up valuable parking near the building for other residents. Dog owners do not pick up after their pets.

The staff has been very accomodating and friendly. Maintenance has been seldom used, but prompt. Move-in was e Read Moreasy. Had difficulty with guest gate and access, but the problem seems to be resolved.

The office staff is doing a good job with what they have to work with. Entrances to apartments look unfinished Read More, exposed pipes, ugly overhead flood lights, very plain looking concrete. There's a lot of maintenance issues. Such as the entrance gates aren't working properly (left open and unlocked for days at a time.) and a lot of younger (college aged) residents disrespect the property and other residents. Lots of loud parties and they often leave their trash on the ground near the trash compactor

The gate should be closed and fully functioning. We had a professional come out and repair. Hopefully the partying has curbed and if not please report immediately. Thanks again for taking the time to write a review.
The complex just switched management companies and I feel they have done a better job recently with customer r Read Moreequests and follow up.
