I would not necessarily say that the whole staff is bad. One person in particular was very bad attitude and t Read Morehat would be your accounting person and one of your maintenance guys would always let himself in before I could even get to the door. Unacceptable. I think you need to give 24 hour notice before just barging into someone's apartment. They could be in the shower and not hear someone knocking. That is an invasion of privacy.

I am very pleased here and I have been here for 4 years now. I would like to understand better how the mainte Read Morenance requests are handled. If a maintenance request should take several days to almost a week to be finally completed then please communicate that better with the resident.
