The Greens is a nice, quiet, yet convenient apartment complex. We like that we are close to downtown, uptown Read Moreand Cary areas. The landlord team are great at addressing any issues/concerns immediately. We have never had any issues here. Apartments are nice quality, and really enjoyable! Neighbors are very friendly too, without the undergrad busy pace of the nearby campus.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review, we appreciate your time and are glad that you enjoy our community!
I love the location, and the office staff is very responsive to any issues that arise. I like the apartment, b Read Moreut I don't think it's a great value by any means. Several nearby cheaper apartment communities already have Google Fiber. Time Warner Cable is the worst, so having other options would be great. The recreational amenities are pretty good. However, at the rate things are going the dog park is going to be all mulch by next year. I also think the agility equipment just gets in the way.
