The community is quiet with well-maintained facilities and landscaping, especially as we live near the pond. Read MoreYou are definitely paying quite a bit to live here, but it's pretty good value once you account for all the amenities and make use of them. Also, it's pretty convenient to all the popular cities and towns around like Chapel Hill, Durham, and Raleigh without having to live with all the (understandably loud) college students.

Facilities and grounds are clean. Staff are responsive and friendly.
However, unsure if I would recommen
Read Mored because of the noise. Walls and floors are VERY thin. Thus the ordinary noises that are made when people go about their lives are heard loud and clear. This includes walking! Also, I hear water flowing through pipes so clearly that it sounds like water is gushing into the apartment. This survey needs to ask more questions about the actual experiences inside of the apartments.
