It's the most homey apartment complex we've ever lived in. It's affordable and we're very pleased to live here Read More.

Great place to live if you are a working college student. Fairly quiet community, nice walking trail and trees Read More. Certain apartments have pretty views. Currently staying in the albatross 1 bedroom loft. I'm satisfied so far. Cons: Not as sound proof in certain places as it could be. The buildings are becoming dated. I had to redo caulk around the window seals and good handful of other places (chose to do it myself since I enjoy handy work). I recommend getting paint because if you don't, half your apartment will stay as a low quality primer that will absorb any amount of dirt. Your apartment may or may not have a screen if you have a balcony, I added my own after moving in. Gutters on buildings need cleaning more often.

I've been living at The Reserve at Lake Lynn for about two years now, and me and my family absolutely love our Read More community. They have an A+ management team that are always kind and communicable. And the icing on the cake is the wonderful amenities that were able to enjoy. The gym is my personal favorite, you can say goodbye to a pricey gym membership! Living at The Reserve at Lake Lynn you simply get a lot of bang for your bucks!
