The office and maintenance staff are extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. I think that they actually k Read Morenow everyone in the complex by name! The apartment is well appointed and has excellent storage. The grounds are well maintained and this is a very comfortable place to live.

Office staff seems to always have an excuse for why something is broken or not fixed in time or not open on ti Read Moreme. Quality of repairs by maintenance is average at best. Cutting grass really isn't landscaping. Most of the plants are overgrown and there is no plans to replace or update. Mulch is gone and basically dirt covers a lot of the common areas. Grass is never resodded. There's dirt in a lot of places grass should be. Pool opened late.

These are the most spacious and homey apartments I found in Wilmington. The community is like a well developed Read More village made just for me with it's lush trees and grounds, a very peaceful and pleasant place to enjoy a morning or afternoon stroll. And the staff is always so pleasant and accommodating.
