Noisy, noisy, noisy. The floors and walls must be made of cardboard. There is a fair amount of street noise as Read More well. Personnel try but it seems like they are understaffed and over worked.

I feel that no one is ever penalized for the miss use of public areas. My car was used as someone's personal a Read Moresh try multiple times and nothing was ever done so I had to move to a covered parking spot. The gym is always dirty not to mention tiny compared to the coffee bar (the massive managers office should have actually been the gym) Hall carpets look nasty Hall walls are all marked up Money seems to be spent on irrelevant decor instead of maintaining public spaces

The apartments are very clean, and all of the staff and residents are very kind! I have yet to find one thing Read Morewrong with City Block Apartments.

The neighbors are very friendly, and the building is safe and secure. My only real hang up is the sound echo t Read Morehat happens on the inner part of the building and being able to hear the person above me fairly easily. Other than that I love the people and the amenities.

City Block keeps everything clean, coffee supplies stocked and the staff are always very nice. Image is everyt Read Morehing here and they didn't cheap out from marble counter tops to art through out the building. The reason I did not give an Excellent rating is because I would really enjoy a pool, we seem to be one of the very few luxury apartments without a pool.
