The overall feeling we have towards manager is not good. The management that was here before this team was muc Read Moreh better, and more friendly and caring. This group now act snoopy and their accounting is terrible. On more than one occasion they have charged a late fee when my payment was in fact not late.

It has been a wonderful experience moving to Stephens Pointe. Everyone has been very pleasant and helpful to Read Morework with. Our apartment is very spacious. The staff is great to work with and always there to help. I can't wait for summer to get here and to be able to use all of the amenities! I feel like we live at a resort!

The staff have been very pleasant to deal with. Any concerns have been addressed in a timely fashion. The apar Read Moretment is great and further improvements to facilities are being implemented.
