Advocating sustainability, the owners of Hilltop House Downtown have renovated and opened in September 2011 the existing 1960's vintage buildings to provide apartment homes. The renovation celebrates the historic character of the architecture and showcases the patina of yesterday. Most apartment homes in these repurposed buildings are oriented toward an interior courtyard and swimming pool offering quality views to residents. In July 2012 Hilltop House expanded with a new construction phase consisting of 50 apartment homes featuring views of the Downtown Winston Salem Skyline. Then again in May 2014 Hilltop House South was added to the complex bringing an additional 65 one bedroom apartments to the Hilltop House Community. Does maintenance really have to leaf blow for 2-3 hours every other day? (in the middle of spring when there a Read Morere no leaves to blow anyways?) Not only is it kind of noisy for people who work at home like myself, but it seems like they're riding the clock and maybe some fat could be trimmed to save us lessee's a little rent money (or make you folks a little more profit?)

Thank You for your feedback and we apologize for the inconvenience the noise may have caused. We will do our best in the future to only use the leaf blower when needed, typically on Fridays. We are in the process of Spring Planting so you may experience the maintenance team working outdoors more often this time of year. Again Thank You bringing the issue to our attention. Anytime we can make Hilltop House a better place for our tenants to call home we certainly will.
