They lure you in with low monthly rates and then increase your rent dramatically each year after that. It is w Read Moreay too noisy, and complaining about noise infractions falls on deaf ears. Expect to pay $50-$75 more per month due to also paying them for water, sewer, admin fees, and trash (which is $15 a month itself). The website boasts that all units feature Energy Star appliances- not true. My microwave, refrigerator, and heat pump were all built in 1990.

Apartments are old and due to the age and size of the apartment means a hefty power bill...I lived in a top fl Read Moreoor 2 bedroom apartment and the power bill was always over $100 a month. They don't replace air filters as much as they should and the stairs leading up to the apartments aren't well maintained. A few boards were falling apart so they only replaced the damaged boards, pretty tacky. Bedrooms are huge! Bathrooms are functional. Deck and storage space provides plenty of space.
