Start testing the waste, fine the people and then use the money to replant grass and have someone clean up the dog waste.

I think calling this rental company or this apartment building luxury would be an incorrect label.Requests t Read Moreo fix things take a longer time than they should and some requests will even go ignored.There are many threatening letters put on the door-fining people for not picking up their dog feces, but it is daily that I see a pile of dog feces in front of a select few units.The price that is charged for rent is not worth it for how this building is taken care of and the lack of amenities here.

I would like snow removal as fast as possible once winter comes. I work either at 6:30 am or I'm coming home a Read Moret 7am and would like to be able to drive into my garage and the parking lot with out getting stuck.

IRET understands snow removal is an important issue for our residents, we want to ensure residents are able to get to work or school on time. With this being a new property, last year was a learning curve for us. We were able to see where the snow blows in the most and located those areas needing extra attention.
