The minimum income per month is as follows:
One bedroom $1,155
Two bedrooms $1,368
Three bedrooms $1,563
Four bedrooms $1,625 per month
This would include any monies from employment, assistance, social security, housing vouchers among others.

The maximum allowable income depends on family size:
Family of one maximum $27,600 per year
Two maximum combined income of $31,500 per year
Three maximum combined income of $35,460 per year
Four occupants combined maximum $39,360 per year
Five occupants combined maximum of $42,540 per year
Six occupants combined maximum of $45,660 per year
Seven occupants combined maximum of$48,840 per year
Eight occupants combined maximum of $51,960 per year
