I rated my experience as good. would have rated my service as excellent, but I have been asked to pay an addi Read Moretional $1000.00 plus dollars for deposit nearly a month after I had signed and moved into my residence. This matter should have been brought to my attention originally when I paid the security deposit that I was asked to pay. I think it is bad customer service to tell a tenant that you owe an additional $1000.00 after the contract has been signed. This is very bad customer service

Our home was not completed when we moved in and most of what was done or part's bought. When we came into offi Read Morece to remind them they told us to put it on our walk through sheet which we had ot gotten yet it took us about 2 week's to get alone with our lease.
