Maintenance responded quickly. The building and grounds were kept clean. Attention to snow and ice removal was Read More good..

The rent was close to $1500/- and added to that the utilities were very expensive. It cost us close to $2000/- Read More every month. The maximum heat bill that we paid was $325/- in January. We moved to a different unit a month before the lease was up and just held on to the apartment. Even then we got a water bill indicating that our unit had used a certain amount of water and was charged close to $70/-. The maintenance was awful - had to request 3-4 times before anything got done.

Received a rental special when I first moved in. After one year the rent was excessively increased. I was no Read Moret pleased with their processes when ending a lease.

The facilities an amenities were nice. They do however work to bill you for any issue they feel might pass as Read More a user precipitated problem. The disposal and washing machine broke independently and both times they tried to say it was my fault and if it happened again, they would be billing me to repair the appliances. I know how to use a washing machine and disposal. They try to use service calls as a profit center.
