Poor construction. You can hear everything from the units above, below, sides and hallway. Must pay for the hi Read Moregh garage parking because there is limited outdoor parking. Only 1 entrance to buzz in guest and they may have to park on opposite side of the large buildings, if they can find parking. best amenities are outdoors so only useful during warm weather months. Managment violated lease and terminated ATT cable/internet agreement without compensation for tenant increase.
