Leasing Terms

Lease Terms: 6, 9 and 12 months leases available. Security Deposit: $250 (some restrictions apply). Pet Policy: Dogs, cats, birds and fish are permitted. Other caged animals, or animals perceived or classified as being exotic or dangerous are prohibited. Dogs must not exceed 40 lbs. (full grown). Proof of renter's insurance required for fish tanks measuring 10 gallons or more. Tenants are encouraged to have their cats de-clawed (front claws). Tenants will be responsible for any and all damages caused by their pets. A $200 non-refundable pet fee is required per apartment unit, with a $20 monthly per pet rent. Monthly fees may vary based on the types of pets and number of pets pet unit. Call for breed restrictions. Must sign pet agreement.

The people in the office are very nosey. Make sure you get your heat monitor refreshed before you move in, you Read More might be paying for your whole building section. The whole place is a rip off. There are other places to live in Bowling Green. This should be the last resort. The maintence man isn't a professional. They don't properly clean the apartment before you move in. You might hear one saying There is alot of cobwebs . Keep the heat on, if you turn it off the whole apartment will be freezing.

I was generally happy with accomodations at Ivywood. I was less-than-pleased with the state of the laundry ro Read Moreom however--it was frequently quite dirty. An onsite laundry room was a major reason I chose Ivywood in the first place, so this was disappointing. Also, when I was terminating my lease at Ivywood, I couldn't help but get the feeling they were trying to stiff me... I had to specifically remind them to return the remainder of my security deposit to me.

Maintenance was conducted immediately every time, the apartment was well priced, and the management was nice t Read Moreo work with. The apartments were decent, although not very well made. (cracks between ceiling and wall and door frames not square etc)
Overall, this place was nice, quiet, and a pleasant place to live, but not a very good quality, which is to be expected for the price.
