The parking is a major problem around here. There are just too many cars for too few spots, some residents hav Read Moree up to three cars that I have noticed. When neighbors bring company over, they don't park at the visitor parking, which takes up spots for people that actually live here! It is very inconvenient coming home later than 8 pm and not being able to find parking where you live. Also, during the summer months, people from the Hickory Hills apartments walk through our parking and drop trash.

Any time I had a problem they were right there to fix it. I love it that they post notes on the door letting e Read Moreveryone know what is going on at the apartment buildings. The staff is excellent and very helpful and I love the idea that I can park in front of the building close to the doors since I have to start work so early in the morning. I tell everyone that I meet how happy I am living here and the staff is wonderful.

I feel our rent continues to be raised yearly but our apartments are not reflecting anything to show for the i Read Morencrease. Newly renovated suites are being advertised for much less than the long term residents are/have been paying (and long term tennants are not receiving the updates). However, the leasing office staff is very friendly and knowledgable and are always quick to respond to questions/concerns.

The only concern I have is the flow of the air and heat into the apartment. The vents are open all the way but Read More it still seem like the flow is very little.
