Two years after I moved in, I had to pay a water/sewage bill. I'm not complaining about paying a water bill, Read Morebut I think it's not my responsibility to pay for someone else sewage. I think that's the landlord's responsibility.

Maintenance was often slow to respond to issues, as well as the heat essentially coming from the floorboards c Read Moreaused my sinuses to be a continual problem in the winter time. I also had the disadvantage of having horrible neighbors, but overall it was an okay temporary apartment.
