I lived at Romaine Court over 4 years ago. Nothing special about the place and the office staff was always ru Read Morede. Just recently, I received a letter from Hamilton County that they had taken me to court for supposedly not giving them 30 days notice. Let me again remind you that I moved OUT of this apartment over 4 years ago, and they received a 30 written notice along with a follow up email. This place is a joke.

The area is nice but the complex was no longer worth the rent increase. I lived on a lower level, the floor st Read Moreructure is bad because you can hear everything above your head. Neighbors with children were not considerate of keeping the noise levels down. The buildings were not secure and the water bills fluctuated more than $70 monthly. I pay the same amount in my new apartment and have central air/heat , W/D hookup and better spacing. The buildings are old and the rent was clearly over priced

Overall, Romaine Court served the purpose it need to. We wanted something simple but convenient. No bells and Read Morewhistles. It was inexpensive and allowed us to save more money to buy a house. The property was clean and very livable. We rarely had complaints with neighbors. The surrounding area was nice to walk around.
