12-month lease. A 6 or 9-month lease is available with an upcharge, but restrictions do apply. Up to 3 pets allowed, 2 dogs maximum, total weight of all pets allowed is 100 lbs. Refundable Pet Deposit: $150. Pet Rent: $25 per month. Application fee is $35 per person. Water rates (per month): $15 on a 1 bedroom, $25 on a two bedroom, $30 on a 3 bedroom.
