Office staff also does great job of hosting regular social events so that you can meet your neighbors and other tenants. Building houses mostly young adults and business professionals. On-site gym available with all equipment that you would typically pay for with a gym membership.

The location and value for money are good, but be forewarned that some apartments aren't appointed as nicely a Read Moret move-in as others. For example, my apartment was covered in carpet and dog stains at move-in, and I had to pay thousands of dollars out-of-pocket to have hardwood floors installed. Even worse, the leasing manager is a real treat to deal with, and often yaps when you take candy from the candy jar downstairs. Those minor points aside, this is a solid B community.
