The staff is rude, maintenance is slow to react. Rent wise its moderately expensive.

At first the apartment was great and the price was ok for the area but after living there for awhile, we got b Read Moreed bugs. We started talking to the neighbors and come to find out EVERYONE had them. The complex sent someone to "steam" them out but it didnt work. So we moved out. The complex tried to take us to eviction court where it was dismissed but The Forum STILL reported it to our credit agencies, so we had to jump through hoops to get that taken off. NEVER AGAIN!

I loved the place while living there, but was disappointed that they didn't return my pet deposit. I had writ Read Moreten several glowing assessments like this. Makes me feel like life just isn't fair.

They were terrible about processing and following up on maintenance requests (It took 18 months and at least f Read Moreour requests to fix a leaky faucet). The indoor pool is seemingly broken more than it is open.

For the price and location I would say this apsrtment was average. Although, I did have to do a lot of cleanin Read Moreg when I first moved in. The carpet and appliances were probably as old as the apartment itself. Also a lot of things leaked. The management was nice and when I put a work order in they were usually quick to fix the problem.
