Feel the atmosphere:
This Downtown Cleveland neighborhood was forged out of the warehouses that used to line the Cuyahoga River. Condo rentals in the Warehouse District were constructed into luxury living spaces, which quickly formed a growing residential neighborhood around them with bakeries and retail shops. The neighborhood's location is unbeatable. Warehouse District condo rentals are within walking distance to some of the most entertaining venues in Cleveland. Grab dinner at one of the popular restaurants like Blue Point Grille, Mallorca or Johnny's Little Bar. Or, hit up Barley House or D'Vine Wine Bar for drinks with friends after work.
Enjoy entertainment within walking distance
One of the biggest draws to the Warehouse District area is the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Just north, across from the Cleveland Lakefront Station, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has attracted and celebrated musicians for 30 years. The museum looks beautiful on the coast of Lake Erie, but the real treats are inside. The museum includes four theaters, a variety of interactive stations and seven floors of exhibits illustrating the history and magic of rock and roll. Directly next door to the Hall of Fame, FirstEnergy Stadium draws in loyal crowds to watch the Cleveland Browns play on Sunday. Cleveland has one of the oldest and most historically rich football histories in the NFL.
But for people more interested in watching a cinema screen than a jumbotron, Tower City Cinemas, the home of the annual Cleveland International Film Festival, is also close to rentals in Warehouse District. The 11-day spring festival features hundreds of short and feature-length films from a variety of countries and directors focusing on different subjects and social issues.
Meanwhile, just on the other side of Cleveland Public Square, the The Grand Arcade is one of Cleveland's true treasures with its five-story high glass ceiling and elegant, shimmering interior. The Grand Arcade is the site of runway shows and black-tie receptions of the annual Fashion Week Cleveland.
Another popular event held near the Warehouse District is the annual holiday display lighting and celebration called Winterfest, held at the Public Square. Winterfest lets residents show their holiday spirit in a big way with free horse carriage rides, local shopping tents and gourmet food trucks every year.
But even on those days when you don't feel like doing much of anything, condos in the Warehouse District allow you a convenient spot to escape and relax, while still being just down the street from anything you might want to do.
