Easton Commons Resident
LOCATION is FABULOUS! Close to freeways to get anywhere in Columbus but the best is walk across the street to Read More Easton Town Center to shop, dine, see a movie, work, and even the grocery store [Trader Joe's]. Property is well kept and maintenance responsive to any needs.

Despite submitting pictures and an emailed notification that the carpet was badly stained when we moved in, we Read More received an $800 bill for carpet replacement when we moved out. I had to remind them to check my file where the pictures were.

I loved the location. However, for the price point, I expected a updated unit. Carpet was worn, gold hardware Read Moreon doors and cabinets, and mis-matched light fixtures. I was truly disappointed. Such a small investment could yield great returns. Also, there was too many transients. If I had known Easton Commons was also short housing, I would not have elected to leave there. A good option would be to have long-term residents separated from short-term (transients), if possible.
