The office staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very comfy and the maintenance was relativel Read Morey quick to respond. I enjoyed studying pool side, and having a gym to workout in during study breaks. The neighborhood was safe and there are a lot of places to shop and eat close by. The only downfall was the traffic getting to campus during certain times of the day.

It was a decent amount of space for the rent fee, and access to the pool and gym (even if really old equipment Read More) was convenient. The company also held regular events for residents like football game watches with free beer which were a good time. However, we did have some problems in the winter months with leaking and water damage from poorly maintained buildings. They didn't even apologize for any of the damage to our items and "fixed" the leaks by puttying over them, and that was frustrating.

Pricing was reasonable for our initial move in. However, our rent increase was high and the maintenance seeme Read Mored to drop in quality. We were able to find a much larger unit for only about $50 more a month (and have happily resided there for four years). Apartments are directly next to railroad tracks, so you will hear trains. Walls are fairly thin (we could hear the ticking of our neighbors clock). Kitchen was spacious and we loved having a vanity in our bedroom. Ample storage space.

At first, it seemed like Fox and Hounds was the ideal place to live, especially with its good location. But, t Read Morehere is a reason we only lived there for a year. In that year, our apartment flooded more than 4 times (we lived on a first floor single bedroom unit). The faculty couldnt have handled the situation in a worse way. The apartment had flooded with sewage, also known as "black water". I was the one that had to point this out to them. They were useless in helping, wouldnt replace the carpet
