The water billing is extremely high considering you pay every month and the removal of snow was very slow. I c Read Morealled and they replied, "they were on their way and had to do other apartments, they would be their soon". I didn't get to work until 1:00 and that was due to the fact I shoveled myself out. I had to purchase a shovel,($40.00) this year and shoveled at least 4 times over 10 hours.

What made the apartment unac Read Moreceptable was the decree that AC out in the summer even when there is a heat index of 107 is not considered an emergency. The winter is freezing in the apartment because the windows are drafty. I had to put up plastic and draft protection drapes to cut my energy costs.
