Everyone keeps to themselves mostly. Maintenance comes quick enough. They'll give you your deposit back if you Read More clean up well. The only problem is that the office hours are extremely short so it's difficult to actually see and talk to your landlord. You have to constantly leave messages. Other than that everyone is nice. They send Xmas cards with candy yearly. The walls are kinda thin so you may hear your neighbors. You're not allowed to have a charcoal grill outside which I thought was stupid.
