The office staff at Carnaby Village go out of their way to make their residents feel at home; they are always Read Morefriendly, courteous, understanding, and responsive to my needs. The maintenance staff also does a WONDERFUL job! They are thorough in their work and turn around maintenance requests usually within 1 day!

I Have never had a problem in my apt. that maintence did not respond to fix the problem
within 24 hours. I Read More have very nice neighbors. If it only had garages I would stay here
forever. Rent is reasonable and the location is right by 270 N AND S. Plenty of grocery stores
shopping and restaurants. I would reccomend Caranby Village to anyone.

I think that the town homes, though not luxurious , are a good value for the price. The buildings are older, Read Moreso some updates are needed but the owners seem to be updating the units one by one. Maintenance is always quick to come when needed but over all the age of the units causes efficiency problems. Carnaby feels safe and friendly to me but as a family community, I wish there was more space for children to play besides the parking lot and the aged pool area.

Compared to my last apartment community experience Carnaby out ranks them by far. Office management are friend Read Morely and responsive to all concerns & act promptly to all (my)complaints/requests. The staff makes you feel that you count and what you have to say is important to them as well. They let you know that they are responsible caretakers and are determine to make things right for the residents.

As they say they have been updated , these apartments lack any true updates. Make sure you read the contract Read Morebefore signing. You cannot back into a parking spot or you will be towed. Also, there a very few visitor parking spots and residents are instructed to have guests park in neighboring restaurant and church parking lots. Residents pay all utilities including water, sewer, & trash. Because each apartment lacks a water meter, your bill is calculated on community usage. Maintenance is poor.

Thank you for your thoughts. Residents are advised to read the lease carefully, which does include items such as parking and utilities, before signing. Parking can be limited so we ask residents to be mindful of where their guests park to ensure that rent paying residents have access to the spaces that they are assigned.
