Family apartment complex, but kids running around everywhere with no supervision and no reinforcement from man Read Moreagement after complaints... Thin walls, can hear quite a bit... Had issues with management attempting to collect "owed" rent even with proof of a processed check by GMC management. Took weeks to get fixed, no official word from management, just stopped contacting without even apologizing!

The only reason I live here is that they allow dogs, any size. The apartment is overpriced, old appliances, ca Read Morerpeting, things are real shabby. High turnover of office and maintenance employees tells you a lot about the owners. You can count on them raising the rent at least $20 every year. The price goes up while the value goes steadily down. Water leaks, appliances constantly breaking, my stove and fridge are from 1990! Carpet has no padding left underneath and is threadbare in places.

I found the office staff to be lacking in their ability to expedite messages and keep their maintenanace staff Read More informed as to the needs of their residents. It took DAYS to get things fixed- no matter what the problem- If it wasn't a safety, lawsuit inspiring issue- they just let things go.

They put a lot more into getting tenants then keeping clients. I went MONTHS without a working furnace in the Read Morewinter.. IN NE Ohio. They just kept bringing space heaters into the apartment instead of fixing the furance. So giving them a fair is being kind.
