The view is nice, but the interior could use some work. The complex manager is very rude, degrading, disrespec Read Moretful and pompous. Within the first 2 months of living here i received countless warning letters and eviction notices for things that didnt apply to me. After speaking with other residents they experienced the same harassment. The children are afraid to play outside when she is around because she threatens to evict them if they are bad . She needs customer service/communication classes.

I am truly sorry if I have seemed rude or if you have received notices from me for things that did not apply to you. My goal is to make sure that all the residents here live in a peaceful community where they enjoy spending time. Sometimes it can be a challenge to balance making sure residents comply with the rules in our community with being warm and fuzzy. Please understand that the general notices sent out may not apply to you, but are delivered to you so you know what action is being taken.

When I first moved in the ground floor apartment molded everything I owned from my shower curtain, shoes, clot Read Morehes, toys, dressers, furniture, and just about everything that was up against the wall. The oven didn't work which they never fixed after I complained many times. Finally 5 months later they offered to move me upstairs after I had to replace everything due to the mold damage. Then the upstairs apartment a/c unit went out had to write a nasty later just to get that fix.
