The property is kept in good condition and any maintenance is done in a very timely manner. My only concern is Read More when update (remodeling) is necessary, why the process takes so long and why an increase in rent when it makes the apartments more valuable and appealing to the nest occupants

Thank you for the 4 STAR review and feedback. Our staff strives to give renters prompt service and well maintained homes. At renewal, we discuss modest incremental upgrades with residents. Extensive renovations in kitchens, baths, and other spaces are costly. These renovation costs are paid upfront. We are looking for affordable upgrade solutions for long term residents who want substantial upgrades. Substantial upgrades without rent increases are not realistic. How can we help you?

I was suppose to get a carpet cleaning and a fan in the wall at the time of my lease and they have not done ei Read Morether one! By law you have to update apartments if you rise the rent ! Every year my rent goes and it seams like my Amenities are taken away .. I used to have a laundry room at the end of my building they closed it down and it's been closed for 8 months now!!! I would not recommend this place poor management in the office!! Thank you for your time

Our apologies for dropping the ball on the promised updates. We are responsible to follow through on promises. Annual rent increases are a standard rental practice. We strive to keep rents reasonable and in line with other rental options. Our laundry rooms are undergoing substantial renovation that are almost done. Our communication during the renovation was not timely and needed improvement. Please contact us about the upgrades you did not receive so we can make it right.
