Management is responsive, but not very good about showing initiative keeping common areas up to date. Also, o Read Moreld, drafty windows - a real problem when the temp drops. Apartment interiors are dated.

The Rockwood Resident
Unfriendly staff. All repair work was done with the cheapest materials with no regard for how things would loo Read Morek and how long they would last. Maintenance staff had an attitude of "just get it done" , and it felt like a slum. Tenants had no respect for others and played stereo systems loud all day and night. The halls smelled terrible and elevators were scary. Fights over parking places were common. I am OCD clean, but found roaches in the ceiling. It is close to Sinclair so that is a plus.

I am so sorry that we did not live up to your expectations. We did recently let our service technician go as we and the residents were not impressed with his work. We really pride ourselves on customer service, so I'm upset to hear you found the staff unfriendly. Would you please call me at the office so we can discuss, and I can take corrective action? We are making the lots exclusive to residents only, so that should help with parking issues.
