The maintenance was rather solid as far as assessing things timely. I did not appreciate talking to the staff Read Moreabout some general things such as rent or corporate structure. Did you know if you wanted to talk to someone from the company, they are not allowed to disclose that number. Not to mention this absurd policy they took on their grill policy. That includes your children's toys. It's ok though. I cookout every weekend in my house I bought :-)

I am very pleased how Troy Farms has stepped up within the last year and has improved our community. A lot of Read Moremaintenance work has been done. For instance fixed broken shingles, painting the doors (black looks awesome) and sending out communications to keep your residence clean! The only complaint I have is I think the appliances should be updated. I know they probably have been here since the community was built. I have checked around and I feel I am getting more for my money by staying here

The apartment was in OK condition when we moved in. The carpet looked nasty and stained, especially on the st Read Moreeps, and was frayed at the top, but the people in the office didn't seem to care. They kept insisting that the carpet had been cleaned, which wasn't really my issue with it at all. If we get charged to replace the carpeting or for the chunks of wall that have fallen out due to a poor patching job, I will be very unhappy. We keep renewing our lease only until we find a house.

This property is a nice property, but does need a lot of TLC. The office staff changes frequently. Communica Read Moretions need to be proofread before being sent out the the community. It is time to update the structures!
