It's a great place to live. I've lived here going on 24 years. (Yes 24 years). It's like living at a Beautiful Read More Resort, with all the Lakes and Bike paths, tennis courts, Pool, and Fitness center. The property grounds are clean and constantly being taken care of on a daily basis. It's also a very safe area of Dublin.

Last summer, while their gardener were mowing down lawn, they hit my room's outer wall by cutting blade then m Read Moreade couple of big holes on the wall. Requested to repair to reception, because tons of ants were came into my room through the holes. However, there's still holes remaining without repairing.

The environment is excellent. I'm also satisfied with recreational amenities. Only I would like to improve Read Moreis maintenance. When I moved in, the microwave didn't work and it took 2 months to replace it. I complained by e-mail but the reply never come. I paid for two garages but both keys I received didn't work. I informed it to leasing office and return those keys, then the one of the garage was rented to another resident due to miscommunication. It also took 2 months to resolve.

There is not enough room here to explain everything. The maintenance crew is not helpful when something is not Read More working properly, the office staff are incompetent as well as rude. The unit's VERY cold in winter/stifling hot in the summer. The worst issue is we dropped our check in their box. They lost it. We were not notified until 5.5 days later with a letter telling us to leave the premises immediately or we'd be evicted. We had already given them our 30 notice so we are GLADY leaving! TERRIBLE
